YAHOO! FINANCE PRICE PERCENTAGE GAINERS PORTFOLIO
Abstract
A stock portfolio was chosen by using Yahoo! Finance’s top four price percentage leaders. The four stocks were selected with price gains ranging from 10 to 13% on January 29, 2020. The four stocks selected, with price gains ranging from 10 to 13%, were L Brands, Santander Consumer, Commvault Systems, and GE. Their price increases (decreases) for 2020-1 were computed. From 2020-1, the Yahoo! Finance’s stock price percentage gainers portfolio yielded 43% on average. Since the Yahoo! Finance’s stock price percentage gainers portfolio’s returns were amazing, the model could be used for selecting investments.
